Farmayan is a modern Indian spice brand built around trust, quality, and better everyday food.
We believe Indian kitchens deserve ingredients that are cleaner, more transparent, and more thoughtfully made. For too long, everyday Indian spices have been commoditized, leaving customers uncertain about what goes into their food.
We are starting with essential spices — Red Chilli, Turmeric, and Jeera — because these are used in homes every day. Our goal is to make premium-quality spices accessible without becoming cheap, loud, or complicated.
No artificial colours, no fillers, no anti-caking agents.
Single-origin, traceable sourcing from trusted regions.
Low-temperature slow grinding to preserve flavour and aroma.
Export-grade standards and honest communication.
Packaging designed to build trust and work for quick commerce.
Premium quality made accessible for daily Indian kitchens.
Farmayan is being built quick-commerce first, with launch planned for platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. We believe modern Indian customers want better ingredients without hassle, and quick commerce is the future of grocery shopping.

Co-Founder, Farmayan
Sarthak Choubey, Co-Founder of Farmayan, combines corporate experience with a deep-rooted understanding of Indian agriculture and food processing. With a background in sales, distribution, and market development, and years of hands-on experience in his family's farming and pulses milling business, he has worked closely with farmers, traders, dealers, and processing operations.
His journey exposed him to the growing gap between what consumers expect and what they receive in terms of food quality and transparency — inspiring the creation of Farmayan, a brand built to bring responsibly sourced, quality-tested, and trustworthy spices to everyday Indian kitchens.

Co-Founder, Farmayan
Thota Vijay, Co-Founder of Farmayan, brings over a decade of experience in the spice industry, combining deep market expertise with a strong commitment to quality. A top-ranking MBA graduate, he began his career in food-tech before returning to his family's 45-year-old chilli business, where he worked alongside his father to modernize operations, strengthen sourcing networks, and expand across domestic and international markets.
Through years of working with farmers, exporters, and global buyers, he saw that some of India's finest produce was reaching the world while Indian families often lacked access to the same quality — inspiring Farmayan's mission to bring premium, responsibly sourced, quality-tested spices from trusted farms to everyday Indian kitchens.
